Huddersfield Live are excited and proud to bring the Food and Drink Festival back in 2020. Last year saw the biggest footfall ever, attracting over 130,000 visitors over the 4 festival days!
The team behind the festival have worked hard to ensure that this year will be even better in many ways including reducing waste, limiting visitors from consuming food and drink not bought on site and being plastic clever. Benefiting traders, visitors and our town as a whole.

Stall Selection
All stalls are 3m x 3m and are white marquees.
Sinks and extra equipment
We have a duty of care to ensure that all stallholders serving or dealing with food have hand washing and refrigeration facilities. Should you require any of these facilities we can recommend a local supplier for you.
Extra Space
Space is a premium in St George’s Square and we carefully allocate our vendors to maximise the space we have available. If you require extra space, please note this on the application form.
Payment Terms
Successful applicants will be required to pay 50% of the stall fee and any sponsorsphip/bid amounts in full in order to secure their booking by 4th April. The remaining balance is due by 31st May if this isn’t paid by this date then you will not be able to trade.
Any vendors who require to cancel after payments are made (up to 1 month before) will be entitled to a full refund of their stall fee, minus a £100 admin fee.
Cancellations between 1 month and 1 week before the event will be refunded at 50%, subject to us being able to replace you. Any refunds from 1 week to the event will not be considered.
